About Surveys

How do I know when new survey is available?

- You will receive email invitation/SMS notification to inform that you have received new survey. (You can change the setting on website by yourself if you don't want to receive email invitation)

- Please login often to check the availability of new survey. You can check the available survey from the survey list on "Mypage".

Tips: Survey quota based on first come first serve. Survey will be closed when the required samples are fully collected. You may lose the chance to answer survey if you are late. Hence, please answer survey as soon as possible when you receive invitation.

How to start a survey?

1.a) Click the survey URL from the email invitation/sms notification you received, the link will direct you to the survey.

or

1.b) Login to "Mypage", select and click a survey from survey list

2. Click "Start" to answer the survey

3. You will see an end page when you have finished the survey.

What should I take note when answering surveys?

- Read every question properly and answer honestly.

- Make sure your entered age and gender when answering survey are same as what you have registered.

* If fraud answers are detected, you may lose the chance to receive surveys in the future.

- Do not click back button on your browser when you are answering survey as it may cause error or invalid data. 

- Do not leave half way when you are answering survey, please finish the survey once you start. System may detect your answer as bad data if your answering time is too big difference from the estimated time.

Based on your registered information and the content you answered through surveys and interviews, we will match your knowledge and experience with the companies and investors' needs in order to send you more relevant surveys and interviews.

Hence, you are required to update your profile regularly or once there is any changes.
