We value the integrity and fairness of our online survey community. To ensure a seamless experience for all users, we are launching a campaign to address the issue of duplicated accounts.

Important: Each individual is allowed to have only one account. Creating multiple accounts is against our policy [Terms and conditions, Clause 2] and can affect the fairness of our platform.

Campaign period:

From now on until 31st December 2024.

Campaign Details:

Self-Reporting Duplicated Accounts

• If you have more than one account, please report your secondary accounts to us.
• Only your main account will receive surveys and allow point exchange. Your reported secondary account(s) will be frozen*.
• As a gesture of gratitude for your cooperation, we will transfer 50% of the points from your secondary account(s) to your main account (capped at a total of 10,000 points from all of your secondary account(s))*. Excess points from the secondary accounts will be forfeited, as creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

Detection and Consequences

• If duplicated accounts are detected by Z.com Research without self-reporting, only the latest active account will be retained.
• All other secondary accounts will be frozen by Z.com Research without prior notification, and their points will be forfeited.
• Z.com Research reserves the right to determine the freezing of duplicated accounts and forfeiture of points. Z.com Research's decision on all matters relating to the account freezing and points forfeiture shall be final, and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such a decision will be entertained.

How to Report:

1. Check all of your accounts and decide which account you want to keep as your main account.

2. Answer the survey entitled "Self-Reporting Duplicated Accounts" (Survey ID: 2399007)

3. Fill in the main account email address and secondary account(s) email address in the survey.

4. Submit the survey, and you are done!

Points transfer:

Points from your secondary accounts will be transferred to your main accounts by the end of January 2025 after our verification.

Clarification:

*Frozen account - You will still be able to log in but will no longer receive surveys, and point exchange will be restricted.

*Point transfer examples:
