Dear valued members,

Attention! The schedule of granting points for verified friend referrals will be changed from 01 Feb 2022.
From 01 Feb 2022 onward, friend referral points will be granted within the first 5 working days of the following month after verification. Please find the change details below.

Current (until 31 January 2022) :
Friend referral points will be granted by the 15th of the following month after approval.
For example, for friend referrals approved between 1st to 31st Jan 2022, the referral points will be granted by 15th Feb 2022.

After change (01 February 2022 onward) :
Friend referral points will be granted by the first 5 working days of the following month after approval.
For example, for friend referrals approved between 1st to 31st Jan 2022, the referral points will be granted within the first 5 working days in February 2022.

Reason for change:
We would like to serve our members better by improving the friend referral verification process. By expediting the points granting, we hope the friend referral scheme would be more efficient and our members can get the friend referral points faster.
